Natural lemonade differs from any of its chemical substitute,as much as something natural is always different from artificial,they are completely different things.So be sure to try to prepare lemonade by yourselves besides,it is very simple.
- 3-4 lemons
- 5-6 liters of water
- 150 grams of sugar or honey
- To begin with,remove the zest from 2-3 lemons.Then cut the coarse white part off the lemon pulp and throw it.The zest gives the flavor to the lemonade, which contains essential oil and the flesh gives sourness and taste.White part of lemon gives only bitterness and we do not need it.Add honey or sugar(I prefer brown sugar because it tastes more diverse than white,or rather we can say that in contrast to white sugar,which gives only the sweetness,brown brings something own into a taste of the dishes.Fill lemons with water,wait until the water boils,then reduce the heat to low and leave for half an hour.
- Then let it infuse again and it’s ready to be served.In winter you can serve it hot instead of tea.
