- ⅓ of blueberry jam(Juicy Fresh)
- ⅓-1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of walnuts (almonds or even a mixture)
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- 1|4 cup of grape seed oil(rice or other odorless)
- 1 cup of flour(whole wheat,oat,rice or a mixture)
How to make:
Preheat oven to 180 – 200 degrees.
Grind the nuts in a blender.In a large bowl,combine nuts,sugar,add flour,cinnamon and salt.Mix mass well.
Add oil into the dry mixture and stir with a spatula–the mass will resemble wet sand.
Put 2/3 of mass in the form,laid with a parchment ,compact and smooth on the surface.
Place a basis in the oven for 20 minutes (or until the edges are slightly golden) Cool.
Spread the jam over the cake,sprinkle the remaining dough in the form of crumbs on top.Put a pie in the oven for another 20 minutes or until crumbs are golden on top.Remove the cake from the oven,cool and carefully remove from the mold.Cut the cake into the portioned pieces and they can be served for tea!
